Ms. Barron's Biology students are EXTRAterrestrial! Brannon N. and Cyrus M. received their prize - a Lenovo ThinkPad - for winning 1st Place for the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH)’s Office of Public Health (OPH)/Ochsner Lafayette General/Our Lady of Lourdes/RescYOU Group’s Public Service Announcement (PSA) video contest! Students are selected by members of the faculty and are recognized for their character, leadership, contribution to RHS, and academic performance. Tomorrow, Thursday, March 14th, all RHS Juniors will take the ACT Exam. Students need to arrive on time with an I.D. After the first bell, students will report to their testing locations, not their 1st hour class: - Juniors who received BLUE testing tickets will report directly to the CAFETERIA for testing check-in. - Juniors who received YELLOW testing tickets will report to the Upstairs of the Main Building (Rooms 18 & 19) to check in. The Rayne High Interact Club had an amazing turnout for the District 6200 Conference where they placed 2nd Overall Club of the 2023-2024 Year! In addition: 💜 President Carley C. was voted to serve as Governor of District 6200 next year and also won Aspiring Interactor of the Year for the second year in a row. 💜 Gianni C. placed 2nd for Senior Interactor or the Year. 💜 The Club also placed 1st for Project of the Year, 2nd for their scrapbook and banner, and 3rd for the t-shirt competition.
