Join Rayne High's Band of Pride for their Christmas concert on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 7 PM. Under the direction of Leah K. LeBlanc, the selections will be centered around the Christmas season. Songs will include Sleigh Ride by Leroy Anderson, Fantasy on a Bell Carol by Edward J. Madden, and many more. The concert will last about 45 minutes. General Admission tickets are only $5. Mr. Alfonso's Spanish classes enjoyed a cultural food experience this week! Students were encouraged to interact with culture by choosing from an array of foods from one of two themes: Cajun/Creole/French or Spanish/Hispanic/Mexican, and bringing an item for their classmates to share and try. Our Assistant Principal Mrs. Fontenot utilized her Biology background and experience to teach a lesson to Mrs. Meche's class yesterday! Students learned about the parts of a microscope and looked at plant and animal cells.
