Students are selected by members of the faculty and are recognized for their character, leadership, contribution to RHS, and academic performance. Students who are chosen receive a goody bag with special treats, a student of the month t-shirt, exposure in the local newspaper, and a provided lunch. School Performance Scores were released by the Louisiana Department of Education this week and we are proud to announce that Rayne High School has earned the score of a 86.4 B for the 22-23 school year! We are so excited to see an increase of 7.7 points from last year! Our growth has us ranked 1st in the district and 20th in the state for high schools! Great job, Wolves! Sam W. competed in the LHSAA Division II State Cross Country meet today at Northwestern State University. He had a PR and finished the 3.1 mile course in 18:02 placing 50th out of 175. For an inaugural season, this is an incredible feat. He is now ready to start working on next season’s victories. Thank you for a great Cross Country season!
